Dr. Charlotte’s journey into physical therapy began with a deeply personal mission - helping her family members recover from injury. Through this experience, she quickly realized a huge gap between traditional physical therapy and real performance-based training. Traditional physical therapy helped people feel better, but it didn’t always help them move well or stay healthy long term. Dr. Charlotte made it her mission to guide individuals not only back to the activities they love, but to help them perform better, stronger, and more resilient than before.

As an athlete herself, Dr. Charlotte takes a movement-based, performance-driven approach to care, blending rehabilitation with strength and conditioning principles. However, as she worked with more individuals living with chronic pain and sedentary lifestyles, she realized something critical was missing - treating pain alone wasn’t enough.

This realization led Dr. Charlotte to expand her practice into longevity-focused care, addressing the deeper factors that influence long-term health and performance. She began integrating blood work analysis, sleep and recovery data, cognitive health, and VO₂ max testing into her clinical decision-making, allowing her to treat the whole person - not just symptoms.

Today, Charlotte’s goal is to empower her clients to build strength, resilience, and confidence for life - helping them move better now while protecting their health for years to come. Her approach ensures patients don’t just recover, but thrive, in sport, daily life, and long-term well-being..
